Returns:
At Nine Hills Socks, we give you the freedom to return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, given the following conditions:
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase. This allows you ample time to assess your purchase and decide if it’s the right fit for you.
The product being returned must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the product should be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your returned item, our team of quality assurance experts will inspect the product and initiate the refund process. Please bear in mind, the product’s condition upon receipt will determine whether a full or partial refund can be issued.
Exchanges:
At Nine Hills Socks, we want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 30 days. Simply return the product in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, and you can select another item of your choice.
Damaged Items:
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product, please notify us immediately. We will replace the damaged item at no extra cost to you, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Sale items:
Even our discounted items come with the peace of mind of easy returns. However, please note that refunds on sale items will be based on the sale price at the time of purchase, not the original retail price.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
